After spending 10 years in the HR function—handling everything from payroll administration and employee on-boarding to leadership coaching and change management—I experienced firsthand the challenges businesses face in managing their people and processes effectively. Before my HR career, I spent over a decade in retail management, honing my leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

In 2024, following a company takeover that led to my redundancy, I took the opportunity to focus on my young family. As a mother of two children under five, I value work-life balance and understand the importance of flexibility in today's fast-paced world.
